SUMMER EXTRAVAGANZA SALAD

- Fresh Organic Spinach
- 1 Cup of Sliced Strawberries
- 1 Cup of Blueberries
- Sliced Jicama
- ½ cup Pistachios - raw, unsalted
- ½ sweet white onion
- 1tsp Olive Oil
- ¼ Balsamic
- Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Mix in a bowl and chill until serving.
