Being perfect, or this notion of perfection is one that I can’t stand.

No one actually has the same definition of what perfection means or looks like for them. For each person, “perfect” takes on a different definition, and in my opinion, being a perfectionist (I’m a recovering perfectionist;), will steal your pleasure, and keep you constantly striving but never being happy with what you achieve, it will keep you stuck in the “I’m never enough” category with yourself and your life.

Perfectionism is 100% tied to procrastination.

The holiday season is a time for joy, being present, surrounded by family and love, fun and laughter, all the things that being tied to perfection will rob you of.

So I put together a quick video for you with my top 5 tips to help free you from the perfectionist in you, to enjoy this holiday season and beyond.

Really put these tips into practice and see how stress-free and happier you will be!
