You can even grab a friend so you two can do it together. This is my favorite way to do anything! Accountability is key.
Do the program as many times as you want. This is the foundation of what you’ll need to be slim and happy with your body. Depending on the amount of weight you want to lose, you can apply these principles until you reach your goal or revisit the material again to let it really sink in. That’s how you get the most dramatic results and master these simple principles!
