MAPLE NUT TOAST
- ¼ cup part-skim ricotta
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 slices of sprouted or whole grain toast
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds.
- Mix part-skim ricotta with maple syrup. Spread on 2 slices of sprouted or whole grain toast and top with sliced strawberries and slivered almonds.
