Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup part-skim ricotta
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 slices of sprouted or whole grain toast
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds.

Method
 

  1. Mix part-skim ricotta with maple syrup. Spread on 2 slices of sprouted or whole grain toast and top with sliced strawberries and slivered almonds.
