dry oatmeal (I use plain old-fashioned oats)

plain all-natural penut butter

80% dark chocolate chips or coacao nibs
optional

cup
honey or maple syrup (for a sugar-free option
use liquid stevia to taste.)

tsp
vanilla extract
Pinch
of Sea Salt
Method
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until
thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill the refrigerator
for half an hour.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would
like. (Mine were about 1” in diameter.)
