NO BAKE NAUGHTY & NICE HOLIDAY BALLS

Ingredients
- 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I use plain old-fashioned oats)
- 2½ cup plain all-natural penut butter
- ½ cup 80% dark chocolate chips or coacao nibs (optional)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (for a sugar-free option,
- use liquid stevia to taste.)
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until
- thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill the refrigerator
- for half an hour.
- Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would
- like. (Mine were about 1” in diameter.)
