NO BAKE NAUGHTY & NICE HOLIDAY BALLS

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I use plain old-fashioned oats)
  • 2½ cup plain all-natural penut butter
  • ½ cup 80% dark chocolate chips or coacao nibs (optional)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (for a sugar-free option,
  • use liquid stevia to taste.)
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until
  2. thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill the refrigerator
  3. for half an hour.
  4. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would
  5. like. (Mine were about 1” in diameter.)
