  • 1 Cup of Blueberries
  • Sliced Jicama
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios - raw unsalted
  • 1/2 sweet white onion
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Balsamic
  • Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method
 

  1. Mix in a bowl and chill until serving.
