  • Fresh Organic Spinach
  • 1 Cup of Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 Cup of Blueberries
  • Sliced Jicama
  • ½ cup Pistachios - raw, unsalted
  • ½ sweet white onion
  • 1tsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ Balsamic
  • Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste
