strawberry salad


Makes 4 servings, double ingredients to double the servings


Fresh Organic Spinach

1 Cup of Sliced Strawberres

1 Cup of Blueberres

Sliced Jicama

1/2 cup pistachios – raw, unsalted

1/2 onion sweet white onion

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Balsamic – 1/4 cup

Sea salt and pepper to taste


Mix in a bowl and chill until serving.
