Follow the Nudges Hi,   I’m writing to you from my hotel room on the Left Bank in Paris.   And I did something I’ve always wanted to do.   But before I tell you about that, I need to tell you how I got here.   I came to Paris not as a plan, but because I was led.   When I let go of my home, I made a decision that changed everything. I turned my life over to my Higher Self.   I said:   “I have driven long enough.   I’ve been the one making all the decisions, and I am now ready to be led consistently and only by you.   I will take one step at a time.   One day at a time.   I surrender certainty.   I surrender needing the full vision.   And I trust where you are leading me.”  

UPGRADE Hi,   Before I got on the plane, I needed to replace a crown, get my car fixed, and walked into the Apple Store to have them check my phone.   They ran diagnostics and said I literally needed a new phone right then and there—that it would have died.   By the way, that was intuitive guidance I received, and I listened.   Always listen to those nudges, even if they seem inconvenient.   I wanted to share this with you because often, when we shift our identity and we upgrade quickly, when you upgrade your internal system, your external reality needs to upgrade with you.   And that means the electronics and things that you use heavily that are attached to you.   That can be your phone.   Your computer.   It could be needing new dental work.   It could be repairs with your car.

Certainty Is an Illusion Certainty is an illusion.   It is the number one killer of dreams.   Waiting for certainty.   Waiting for everything to be perfect.   Waiting for the sign.   Waiting for…   You’re noticing a theme in what I’m saying.   The word is waiting.   I say this often, but you are the sign.   It took me a long time to realize that. To understand that I am actually creating all of this, and whatever I put my attention on—whatever my perception believes—becomes true for me.   And knowing that is extremely powerful.   Because then you know you hold the key.   So I’m sitting here messaging you as I’m on one of my God walks in Juno Beach.   It’s a beautiful day.   A little overcast, which is perfect.   I have on my 20-pound weighted vest, and I’m thinking

No Change, No Change Hi, I want to share something with you that hit me the moment I walked back into my gym in Jupiter.   Nothing had changed.   Same people. Same energy. Same conversations.   Everything… exactly the same.   But I wasn’t.   I had changed.   And when you change at a deep level—identity level—you don’t just see your life differently.   You start to realize:   You’ve outgrown it.   Not because it’s bad. Not because anything is wrong.   But because you’re no longer the woman who fits inside of it.   That’s the moment most women ignore.   They normalize it. They shrink back into what’s familiar. Savor Hi,   I’m on one of my God walks, walking the coast of Jupiter Beach.   It is a gray day today. It’s been raining on and off.   And as I look to the right, there’s a stormy ocean. Instead of placid, calm seas, there are rolling waves.   And I’m reminded of my friend Christina—you might know her as my shaman—who left me a message today.   As I shared, my father picked me up from the airport with roses. Be A Yes Hi,   I’m sitting in the airport, heading back to Florida from Mexico for a few weeks before Paris.   And what keeps coming up for me is this—   being a yes.   Because San Miguel… if we’re being honest…   It didn’t make sense.   If I was looking for signs, every sign said no.   The border closed. My dad got sick. I got hit with pneumovirus.   There were more reasons not to go than to go.   And still— I knew.   Not in a calm, peaceful, everything-is-aligned kind of way.   That’s what people think intuition is.   It’s not always that.   Sometimes it’s just this quiet, grounded knowing—   this is where I’m supposed to be.   Even when it makes zero sense.
