The holiday weekend is almost here! Are you ready or feeling a bit stressed and uneasy in your body?
I asked the amazing women from my Weight Loss For Life group program, where they needed the most support this holiday weekend and it was a resounding A with a sprinkling of B, C and D (needless to say I answered them all).
Below was my question:
What are you most concerned with this holiday weekend, let me know so I can best support you:
A) Wearing a bathing suit or outfit and worrying about how you will look, fearing your body is not where you want it to be?
B) Fearing not being able to stay on your health routine.
C) Fearing weight gain.
D) Not knowing healthy food choices to make and worried you won’t have healthy options.
If they are wanting support in these areas, I’m assuming you do as well.
