The past two nights I woke up with my stomach in knots and feeling a pit of anxiety that I couldn’t place.  I hate when that happens. As women, our heads spin and the key is to get them to stop 🙂

I’m moving to California permanently and with any big life changes, come big unanswered question marks that make life exciting and unnerving.

Instead of spinning my wheels and allowing this to negatively impact my day, as it has in years past, I went to my go-to morning practice techniques I know put my mind at ease, bring me joy and create a positive perspective to feel in control of my day and food my cravings!
