In this episode, Melissa Kathryn celebrates her recent 42nd birthday by sharing the envisioning process that she does every year. She shares how it is important to assess yearly what you want to achieve, have and feel. There are 3 important pieces to co-creating the life of your dreams and it starts with clarity, which you receive through her process.

Melissa wanted to share this process because she wants to empower you this time to of uncertainty, to create the future you do want for yourself.  There is no better time than right now to do it!

It’s also an ideal time to take notice of who lifts you up in your life and who drags you down, what relationships serve you and which ones that are negatively impacting you.  As she walks you through each step, she emphasizes the psychological power that your subconscious mind has, and how this process allows you to access and shift current beliefs to those you desire most.
