I always hear women tell me that they can’t lose weight. That something must be wrong with their metabolism or they can’t lose weight because of their hormones. They will go on to explain they eat all organic, take a ton of supplements, have seen a nutritionist, invested in a trainer and still they seem some changes but still can’t reach their goal weight.
