Are you hungry when you wake up in the morning?

Are you a cardio rat…the elliptical machine or treadmill are your go-to workouts of choice?

Are you getting a full 8 hours of sleep?

Are you getting enough fat?

Are you fully showing up – meaning out of 7 days, how many of them were you really 100% aligned with your goals?

1. Step up your workout: Pick up those dumbbells. It’s time to build those muscles!

3. Let’s get real: Get fo-realz with yourself. Are you fully showing up for you? Pay attention to your snacking, cocktailing, and nibbles of this and that.

4. Excuse me: No excuses over here.

5. Rev your metabolism with my easy 3 steps: 1) Eat less before bed 2) Eat a protein-filled breakfast early on 3) Get 8-9 hours of sleep.

6. Are you eating enough: Under eating will keep the weight on because your body is starving.

7. Stay committed.
