Yet, as women we overcomplicate EVERYTHING…especially when it comes to weight loss.

It’s like our minds are drawn to struggle! Right? Am I the only one? OK, I know, I’m not going to wait for you to answer 😉

I’ve found, every women I speak with, is overcomplicating losing weight (along with many other areas of her life…how we eat is how we do everything) and this happens for many reasons.

  1. The minute we say yes to a diet, we forgo trusting ourselves and enlist in a plan that is filled with restrictions, guidelines and rules to follow from supplements, to portions, to macros and more.
  2. It’s a pattern, to stop and start, to make things harder than they need to be, we condition ourselves to believe this, which is why when things come easily we are actually taken off guard or view them as fluke or a phenomenon. It’s no phenomenon, you trusted, followed what felt good and didn’t overthink it and so it happened for you.
  3. You believe weight loss needs to be hard because that has been your experience, so your belief creates that reality.
  4. There is a deep belief that if it’s easy, it can’t be worth it…
